New Temperance Movement Needed

“One of Scotland’s leading experts on alcohol addiction has called for a revival of the temperance movement,” reports the Sunday Times of Scotland.

Dr. Alasdair Young, a psychiatrist at Castle Craig Clinic, believes a new temperance movement is needed. He says there is a resurgence of the temperance movement in the United States and a growing mood “to reject alcohol” in that country.
